Vladislav Zelenskyi, a second year student of the educational scientific institute of economics in the specialty finance banking and insurance of Chernihiv National Technological University, Chernihiv, Ukraine, has been granted a scholarship, ES-01-A for exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway. The exchange visit takes place at the Institute's venue from Friday, January 31, 2020 to Saturday February 8, 2020.

His areas of scientific interest are functioning of the budget system of Ukraine, social entrepreneurship, and economic component of VIP-tourism in Ukraine.
In 2019 he graduated from The Social Entrepreneur School IBS (Innovation, Business and Society), Fil Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute.
Zelensyi Vladislav is working on a research paper on the role of social entrepreneurship in regional development.
