Oleksandr Marushchak, PhD in Law (Candidate of Law Sciences), Associate Professor from Chernihiv National University of Technology (Chernihiv, Ukraine), Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law.
He is the author of more than 50 scientific and primarily methodical practice. Areas of his scientific research are general theory and history of constitutionalism, theory of the state, problems of formation and development of state institutions. He examines the problems of local self-government in Ukraine in the process of administrative reform and budget decentralization.
In 2019, he graduated from The Social Entrepreneur School IBS (Innovation, Business and Society) at Fil Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute and was granted a scholarship for an exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway.
Oleksandr Marushchak is working on a scientific paper, devoted to influence of social entrepreneurship for establishment of basic law values (democracy, human rights, rule of law).

31. January to 08. February 2020 – Yuliia Larchenko

Yuliia Larchenko, Master student of the Faculty of Social Technology, Health and Rehabilitation of Chernihiv National University of Technology, Chernihiv, Ukraine, has been granted a scholarship at Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway, and started her scientific research with Prof. Fil. Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal in the field of Innovative Social Entrepreneurship.
Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute invited Yuliia Larchenko to exchange visit according to Articles 2 and 3 in Agreement between the two Parties. The exchange visit took place at the Institute's venue from Friday, January 31, 2020 to Saturday February 8, 2020. Yuliia Larchenko conducts her own independent scientific research in Social Entrepreneurship based on her formal academic qualifications, supported by Prof. Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal.
In March 2019 she graduated from The Social Entrepreneur School IBS (Innovation, Business and Society), Fil Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute. Her areas of scientific interest are social entrepreneurship, marketing in the social sphere and social inclusion in higher education institutions.

Vladyslav Zelenskyi is a second year student of the educational scientific institute of economics in the specialty finance banking and insurance of Chernihiv National University of Technology (CNUT), Ukraine has been granted a scholarship for exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway.
Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute invited Vladyslav Zelenskyi to exchange visit according to Articles 2 and 3 in Agreement between the two Parties. The exchange visit took place at the Institute's venue from Friday, January 31, 2020 to Saturday February 8, 2020.
His areas of scientific interest are functioning of the budget system of Ukraine, social entrepreneurship, and economic component of VIP-tourism in Ukraine.
In 2019 he graduated from The Social Entrepreneur School IBS (Innovation, Business and Society), Fil Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute.
Vladislav Zelensyi is working on a scientific paper on the role of social entrepreneurship in regional development.

13. January to 21. January 2020 – Olga Golovko

Olga Golovko from National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Department of Public Law, has been granted a scholarship for an exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway.
Olga Golovko conducts her own independent scientific research supported by Prof. Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal, based on her formal academic qualifications. Olga Golovko has graduated from the Social Entrepreneur School IBS, and was awarded a Scientific Entrepreneur Grant by Summit Fund. She is the author of more than 10 scientific articles, 30 theses. She is a scientific supervisor of more than 60 abstracts of students.
Olga Golovko collaborates as a scientist with Research Institute of Informatics and Law (The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine), National University "Odessa Maritime Academy", Chernihiv National University of Technology, NGO ‘Chernihiv European’, NGO ‘Academy of Ukrainian Press’ etc.
Her scientific interests are Internet of Things (IoT), Innovations in Education, Information safety, Social entrepreneurship, Digital Rights, Human Rights, Rule of Law, Criminal Law, Criminology, Restorative Justice, Digital Age.
The exchange visit took place at Institute's venue during the period January 13 to January 21, 2020.

13. January to 21. January 2020 – Mariia Dubniak

Mariia Dubniak, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Information Law and Intellectual Property Law, National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” has been granted a scholarship, ES-01-A for exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway.
Mariia Dubniak conducts her own independent scientific research supported by Prof. Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal, based on her formal academic qualifications.
Her areas of scientific interest are Intellectual Property Law, Information Law, Internet of Things (IoT), she is author of more than 10 scientific articles, and 20 theses. She also collaborates as a scientist with Research Institute of Informatics and Law (The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).
Mariia Dubniak is working on a scientific paper, devoted to legal aspects application of innovations in different spheres of public life.
The exchange visit took place at the Institute's venue from Monday January 13 to Tuesday January 21, 2020.

22. November to 30. November 2019 – Serhii Tykhonov

Serhii Tykhonov is the Master student of the Faculty of Social Technologies, Health and Rehabilitation of Chernihiv National University of Technology, Chernihiv, Ukraine, has been granted a scholarship at Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, and started his scientific research with Fil. Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal. Areas of his scientific interest: social entrepreneurship, local sustainable development, social work in community. Serhii Tykhonov is graduated from The Social Entrepreneur School IBS (Innovation, Business and Society), Fil Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute in September 2019. He has a scientific interest in the topic of circular economy and its impact on society, daily activity of each person and on the saving resources through the proper involvement of citizens in socially useful activities through social workers. The exchange visit took place at Institute's venue during the period from November, 22 to November, 30, 2019.
