Impact of social engineering on the transformation of postmodern society. Acronym - Transformation

Social engineering integrates applied social science approaches that focus on purposeful change in the organisational structures that determine human behaviour and provide control over social groups. The social engineering approach transforms management into an interactive process and creates conditions for unlocking the internal potential of the social system. The implementation of modern concepts of social engineering will create the preconditions for the formation of democratic institutions, the overcoming of social gaps and the development of a postmodern society.
The project focuses on researching modern social engineering concepts, producing a series of scientific publications, gathering and disseminating information through academic institutions, libraries, organizations, forums and summits.
The research project is supported by Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute.
