Ihor Riabchenko, Master student of the Department of Marketing, PR-technologies, and logistics, Educational-Scientific Institute of Economics, Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine, has been granted a scholarship, ES-01-A for an exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway, according to Articles 2 and 3 in the Agreement between the two Parties. From the 21 of March 2022, Ihor Riabchenko has started his scientific research with Prof. Fil. Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal in the field of Innovative Social Entrepreneurship.

His areas of scientific interest are social entrepreneurship, marketing, behavioral economics, psychology, innovation, and management.
Ihor Riabchenko is conducting his independent scientific research in Social Entrepreneurship, supported by Prof. Fil. Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal as his scientific supervisor. Ihor’s work will be based on his formal academic qualifications. The Institute knows Ihor Riabchenko through ongoing scientific collaboration. The Institute’s Head has examined him as part of his participation at the International Study Course on Social Entrepreneurship, Course code SE-03-A, and International Study Course on Innovation Management, Course Code IM-03-A.

Ihor Riabchenko took part as a Keynote Speaker in the 82nd Summit “Conversation on Emerging Issues in Social Entrepreneurship” held on Monday, 6 June, 2022. He spoke on the topic: “Analysis of the domestic and international innovation market considering the impact of COVID-19”.

Olena Rusak, PhD in Economic (Candidate of Economical Sciences), researcher, the associate professor of Department of Analysis and Statistics named by I.V. Popovich, Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Ukraine, has been granted a scholarship for exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway.
Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute invited Olena Rusak to exchange visit according to Articles 2 and 3 in Agreement between the two Parties.
The exchange visit took place at Institute's venue during the period from Wednesday, March 4, 2020 to Thursday March 12, 2020.
Areas of scientific interest: analytical evaluation of socio-economic problems of regional development; economic efficiency of enterprises; integration processes in the economy; social entrepreneurship as an innovative resource for sustainable and dynamic development of regions.
She is working on a scientific articles on the subject of statistical analysis of the social entrepreneurship development evaluation in different countries of the world and processing information on Social Entrepreneurship Summits.

Svitlana Chugaievska, PhD in Economic (Candidate of Economical Sciences), researcher, the associate professor of Analysis and Statistics Department named by I. V. Popovich, Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Ukraine, has been granted a scholarship, ES-01-A for exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway.
Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute invited Svitlana Chugaievska to exchange visit according to Articles 2 and 3 in Agreement between the two Parties. The exchange visit took place at Institute's venue during the period from March, 4 to 12, 2020.
Svitlana Chugaievska spheres of scientific interest are: statistical and analytical assessment of entities development; statistical analysis of sustainable development of the regions in the context of reforms in social sector; statistical and analytical support of innovative processes of enterprises; business analysis of enterprises in the context of the economic environment variability.
Svitlana Chugaievska is working on a scientific article on the subject of the compeering statistical analysis of social entrepreneurship development during last decades in different countries of the world.

Olena Kozynets, PhD in History (Candidate of Historical Sciences), researcher, the associate professor, the Head of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law Department, Chernihiv National University of Technology (CNUT), Ukraine has been granted a scholarship for exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway.
Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute invited Olena Kozynets to exchange visit according to Articles 2 and 3 in Agreement between the two Parties. The exchange visit took place at Institute's venue during the period from Friday January 31 to Saturday February 08, 2020.
Areas of scientific interest: the world history, history of state and law, history of legal and political doctrines, innovation development of higher education.
Olena graduated from The Social Entrepreneur School IBS (Innovation, Business and Society), Fil Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute in April 2019.
She is working on a scientific article devoted to the analysis of the influence of ideology and religion on the development of entrepreneurship of the country.
