Iryna Lytvynchuk

Iryna Lytvynchuk is a Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, and expert in public policy, innovation, and intellectual property management. Her professional and academic work is closely linked to the development of cultural policy, creative industries, and the sustainable management of local cultural heritage.
She is a recipient of the Scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for Young Scientists (2014–2015) and the EU Scholarship for Civil Society Leaders under the “Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facilities” initiative (2022). She was awarded the title of Affiliated Scientific Fellow by the Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute (Oslo, 2022) and received the Merit Certificate from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 2021 for her outstanding service to the Ukrainian people.
Dr. Lytvynchuk actively contributes to strengthening the cultural and creative sectors in Ukraine through expert work with the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (since 2022), participation in projects focused on heritage governance, and training programs for local cultural actors. She is the coordinator of initiatives that integrate cultural heritage into strategic development and local resilience planning.
Her international academic recognition includes participation in the “Innovation University and Leadership” program (Artes Liberales Foundation, Poland, 2017), the Civic School for Sound EU Practice (Berlin, 2019), and the CURAD program on community economic development at Pennsylvania State University (USA, 2021).
She is the author of more than 100 scientific publications, and actively contributes to national and international expert bodies, including the Horizon Europe Program Committee (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions).
