Alona Telyzhenko is the second year bachelor’s student of the Faculty of International Relationships and Travel Business at V.N. Karazin National University, Ukraine. She has started her scientific research with Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal. The Institute knows Alona through ongoing scientific collaboration. She has graduated from Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal institute, Social Entrepreneur School IBS in April 2019 and visited the Institute from 01 to 09 July, 2019.

She has been granted a scholarship for exchange visit to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway. The exchange visit took place at Institute's venue from Monday July 01, 2019 to Tuesday July 09, 2019. Alona Telyzhenko has been actively engaged in academic and social life at the University. She has been a member of the Diplomatic Community and English Speaking Club and also has taken part in organizing different kinds of events. She has also won a number of All-Ukrainian competitions in different spheres. Her scientific interests are social entrepreneurship, HR management, marketing and international relationships. Alona Telyzhenko will present her article as a Key Note Speaker at the Summit.

Karyna Razumna from Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Ukraine has been granted a scholarship, ES-01-A for an exchange visit in the framework of Sandal Insitute Exchange Program (SIE) to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, Norway. The exchange visit took place at the Institute’s venue from Friday, June 21, 2019 to Sunday, June 30, 2019.

The exchange is organized according to Article 1 in Cooperation Agreement between Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Ukraine and Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute.

In May 2019, Karyna Razumna graduated from Social Entrepreneur School IBS at Fil Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute and holds the title Social Entrepreneur IBS. During the exchange visit, she further expanded her knowledge in the field and conducted her own independent scientific research.

Oleksandr Chaikin is PhD in Economic Sciences, International Cooperation Department leading specialist, senior lecturer at Ecological Safety and Environmental Economics Department of Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Ukraine. He has started his scientific research with Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal in the field of social entrepreneurship and rural inclusive growth.

The Institute knows Oleksandr through ongoing scientific collaboration. He has graduated from Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal institute, Social Entrepreneur School IBS in May 2019, was a Keynote speaker at the 64th Summit Conversations on Emergent Issues in Social Entrepreneurship, and presented his the most current research results on the topic named “Socially responsible entrepreneurship and rural inclusive growth”. The exchange visit takes place at the Institute's venue from Friday, June 21, 2019 to Sunday, June 30. The exchange is organized according to Article 1 in Cooperation Agreement between Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Ukraine and Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute.

Additionally, Oleksandr took part in Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State (USA). The winner of the scholarship of Faculty Exchange Program (FEP) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Colorado State University (USA). He took part in Professional Experience Exchange of “German-Ukrainian cooperation in the field of organic farming” project, Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Germany (Germany).

His scientific interests are inclusive growth, social entrepreneurship, sustainable development and ecologically certificated production.
Oleksandr is the author of more than more than 50 scientific works, including 1 foreign collective monograph, 10 articles in foreign scientific periodicals and Ukraine scientific specialized periodicals that belong to the international scientometric databases, 7 in Ukraine scientific specialized professional periodicals, 35 scientific publications that testify research results approbation.

Nastasiia Puhachova is a PhD student, assistant at the Department of economic theory, intellectual property and public administration at Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Ukraine. She has been awarded the Diploma of Social Entrepreneur School IBS in May 2019 and was a speaker at the 64th Summit Conversations on Emerging Issues in Social Entrepreneurship.

Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute invited Nastasiia Puhachova to exchange visit according with article 2 of the cooperation Agreement between Zhytomyr National agroecological University and Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute. The exchange visit took place at the site of the Institute in the period from Friday 21 June 2019 to Sunday 30 June 2019.

Vitalii Dankevych, Dr.habil. in Economics, and is Associate professor at the Department of International Economic Relations and European Integration at Zhytomyr National Agroecological University. Vitalii is a project adviser for “Supporting Reforms in Agriculture and Land Relations in Ukraine”, World Bank (2017-2018) and “Supporting Transparent Land Governance in Ukraine”, World Bank and the EU (2018-2019). He is also a co-executor of the State Budget theme of the Department of Economic Development of the Agricultural Market of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine (2016).

He is a participant of the project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “Inclusive Model of Sustainable Development of Rural Communities in the Context of the European Integration” (2017-2019). Vitalii Dankevych is a member of the public union “Ukrainian Network of Rural Development” and a reviewer of the International Scientific Professional Economic Journal “Agricultural and Resource Economics: International Scientific E-Journal”. He has more than 8 years of teaching experience and participation in national and international scientific and research projects.

He has been awarded the Diploma of Social Entrepreneur School IBS in May 2019 and was a Keynote speaker at the 64th Summit Conversations on Emergent Issues in Social Entrepreneurship. He is the author of more than 90 research papers, textbooks, and methodological recommendations on topical issues of development of land relations, overconcentration of agrobusiness and development of rural economy.
