During May 15-29, 2018 within the framework of activities of Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Information Centre at CNUT, students, PhD students, teachers and staff of Chernihiv National University of Technology studied the international study course “Social Entrepreneur School IBS”, lectured and funded by the university partner - Professor, Fil. Dr. Jan-Urban Sandal, the founder and owner of Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute (Norway).

On May 15, 2018 at the Educational Scientific Institute of Law and Social Technologies with the participation of the Rector Serhiy Shkarlet, the First Vice-Rector Oleh Novomlynets, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Volodymyr Kazymyr, the Dean of the Faculty of Social Technologies, Health and Rehabilitation Tetiana Syla, the Dean of the Faculty of Law Oleksii Seletskyi, the Head of the Resources Centre for Community Sustainable Development Nadiia Levytska and the Head of Foreign Languages for Specific Purposes Department Svitlana Lytvyn spring semester Social Entrepreneur School IBS has been started with the official opening of a new study room. The equipment for the room was granted by Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute. The Jan-U. Sandal Hall, which is used for the lessons of the students and other participants of Social Entrepreneur School IBS and seminars of the students from Educational Scientific Institute of Law and Social Technologies, has a collection of books, presented for the University from Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute.

The Graduation Ceremony was held on May 29, 2018 in the frameworks of the Business-Forum «Civil Service – Education – Entrepreneurship: the strategy of interaction». As a result of the course, participants received certificates in three disciplines: “Social Entrepreneurship”, “Innovation Management” and “Service Vision Management”, and diplomas about being awarded the title “Social Entrepreneur IBS”. Eight best graduates of the Social Entrepreneurship School IBS received grants for scientific internship in the Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute (Norway). This year these are 5 students, I PhD student, 1 teacher and 1 staff-member of the University. During the internship, participants will have the opportunity to use materials from the scientific library of the Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute, write and publish English-language articles in international editions, as well as present their reports at the International Scientific Summit Emerging Issues in Social Entrepreneurship.
