Oksana Mosiienko

Oksana Mosiienko is a PhD and an Associate Professor at the Department of Economic Theory, Intellectual Property and Public Administration at Polissia National University. She joined the university in 2023, bringing with her over 12 years of teaching experience and a solid academic background in both economics and psychology. She holds a Master's degree in Enterprise Economics from Zhytomyr State Technological University (2008) and a Specialist diploma in Psychology from Zhytomyr State Pedagogical University named after I. Franko (2012).

In 2021, she successfully defended her dissertation on “The Formation of a Reflexive Personnel Management System in Agricultural Enterprises” (specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Enterprise Management). Her scientific interests focus on public administration, economic policy, state regulation of the economy, territorial branding and community development, as well as the psychology of management.

Oksana Mosiienko teaches courses such as “State Regulation of the Economy and Economic Policy” and “Territorial Brand Management.” Her academic output includes co-authorship of textbooks and monographs, as well as numerous scientific and methodological publications.

She has also taken part in numerous professional development programs and international internships. These include a qualification internship at the “Restim” enterprise (2023) focused on personnel management psychology, international training on project management and fundraising in education at Jagiellonian University (Poland), and thematic training in Romania on marketing strategies for border region development.

Her research activity extends to the psychological aspects of consumer behavior and organizational development, as reflected in conference presentations across Ukraine and Europe. Oksana Mosiienko is also a member of the NGO “Union of Marketers of Ukraine” and the NGO “Association of Scientists and Business Consultants of Zhytomyr Region,” which further supports her interdisciplinary approach and active civic engagement in the professional community.
