Welcome Larysa Pershko from Polissia National University

Larysa Pershko is a Doctor of Economics and Professor of the Department of Economic Theory, Intellectual Property and Public Administration at Polissia National University, as well as the author of over 150 scientific and educational publications.
Her research interests include public finance, public management and administration, local finance and local self-government, financial decentralization, and state income policy, with particular emphasis on the role of public finance and local budgets in the development of innovation management.
