
Dr. Viktoriia Zahurska-Antoniuk is the Professor at the Department of International Economic Relations and European Integration. She holds a Doctor of Sciences degree in Public Administration with a specialization in “Public Administration in the Field of National Security and Public Order,” awarded in 2021 by the Institute for Training of Personnel of the State Employment Service of Ukraine. Dr. Viktoriia Zahurska-Antoniuk conducts research in the field of geopolitics, global transformations, and national security.
During 2020–2024, she was a member of the specialized academic council for the defense of doctoral dissertations in the specialty “Public Administration and Administration” at Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University. During 2021–2024, she was head of the Department of International Relations and Political Management at Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University.
She is actively engaged in international academic collaboration with Polish and European universities. In October, she founded and assumed leadership of the Center for Ukrainian-Polish Cooperation at Polissia National University.
Between September and December 2025, she graduated at the Social Entrepreneur School IBS of the Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute in Norway.
Viktoriia is author (co-author) of more than 100 scientific publications. She has completed international internships at universities in Austria, Norway, Slovakia, and Poland. She is Master trainer in the development of leadership competencies among civil servants. Viktoriia is trainer in communication, interaction, and teamwork.
