Sofiia Kharytiuk is a second-year bachelor’s student in Management at Polissia National University. She actively participates in international and academic initiatives related to social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and sustainable development. Among her key experiences are the academic mobility program «IBS School of Social Entrepreneurship 2025» and the international internship program «Labor Market in the Context of European Integration: New Opportunities and Perspectives for Sustainable Development and Digitalization».
She is a member of the Faculty Scientific Society and has a strong interest in research and academic communication. Her academic focus is on different models of social entrepreneurship and their potential application in the Ukrainian context, particularly in relation to sustainable development and social transformation.
