Iryna Tkachuk, Doctor of Economics, Head of the Department of Education at Chernivtsi City Council.
Iryna Tkachuk is the Associate Professor of Finance and Credit Department at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.
Since 2011, she has been conducting scientific research in the field of NGOs financing and development of the civil society. During that time, she has written more than 80 scientific articles and participated in numerous scientific conferences.
Since 2018, Iryna Tkachuk has been being the affiliated honorary research fellow at Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute.
